Ian Polo Romper

Late last week I finished this uber cute Ian Polo Romper for a newbie due in July. His mama picked out the yarn, I think she did a fabulous job and it turned out perfect.

Farm Knits...the beginning of something good!

A little about me:
I began knitting in the fall of 2009 when my youngest daughter was just a couple of months old. I learned I love knitting, and I really enjoy knitting for other people. Young or old, I believe that a well-knitted item spruces up even the dreariest of days and wardrobes. The name, FarMknits comes from my family's FarM. In the fall of 2009 my husband and I bought 16 acres, which we are slowly converting from cropland to pasture and woodland. Our goal is sustainability, and my love is localness. My favorite knitted items are shorties knit from locally grown and spun yarn. Au natural and non-dyed, I thoroughly enjoyed transforming this yarn into a cute and functional wearable item!

I also love the blend of hand-dyed colorways and all natural trim. I'll let this picture speak for itself:
